- Canceling/Rescheduling: There is a $175 cancelation fee for any services canceled with less than 3 business days’ notice. If more than one service is scheduled for an appointment, this fee applies twice. Please note: Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning are separate services. This charge does not apply if there is inclement weather on the day of service.
- Callbacks: Our team strives for excellence and does a full walk through on every home before the end of service including requesting our client’s signature confirming a full walk through was done, ensuring satisfaction with every appointment. There is a 7 day call back policy for any return requests regarding the last appointment. After 7 days, a callback is considered a new appointment and billed as such.
- Change Orders: Many times upon arrival, a client decides they want to add to their original services. For any added services not estimated prior to arrival and submitted via email, a Change Order must be signed before additional services can be rendered.
- Payment: All payments are due upon fulfillment of services via cash, check, debit or credit card.
- Card on file: All clients are required to have a card on file when booking an appointment. Cards are stored via secured encryption. Cards will be charged for cancellation fees and/or any invoices 30 days past due.
- Your engagement of Streakless to perform work indicates your agreement to be bound by these policies.
